Welcome to T7DY! We are a ' multiplayer quiz game where players can host themed question packs and compete in real time to earn points and bragging rights.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect you. If you are under 13, please read this with a parent or guardian.

We only collect what we truly need to make the game work and keep it safe. Here's exactly what we gather:

• 1A parent or guardian must provide their email address when a child under 13 signs up.
• 2We send a consent verification email. The account is not activated until the parent approves.
• 3Parents can review all data we have collected about their child at any time.
• 4Parents can delete the child's account and all associated data by contacting us.
• 5We never condition participation on providing more information than necessary.

We use the information we collect only for the following purposes. We never use children's data for advertising or marketing.

• 🎯To run the game — track scores, leaderboards, quiz packs, and multiplayer rooms.
• 🔒To keep the platform safe by detecting cheating, abuse, or inappropriate content.
• 🛠️To fix bugs, improve performance, and update game features.
• 📧To send important account emails (password resets, parental consent notices) — no marketing spam.
• 📊To generate anonymous, aggregated analytics that help us understand how the game is played — this never identifies individual children.

We may share limited data with trusted third-party providers who help us operate T7DY. All third parties are bound by strict data protection agreements and are prohibited from using your information for any other purpose.

  Payment Processor — if parents purchase premium features, payments are handled by a PCI-compliant processor. We never store card numbers.

T7DY is a real-time multiplayer game. Safety in our community is our top priority. Here is how we protect players during live games:

• 🤖Automated AI moderation scans all in-game chat messages for inappropriate language in real time.
• 👮Human moderators review flagged content and can ban users who violate our Community Guidelines.
• 🚫Players cannot share external links, phone numbers, or social media handles in the chat.
• 🔕Players can mute or report other players with a single tap — no questions asked.
• 🔒Private game rooms require an invite code. Public rooms show only usernames — never real names.

We keep your data only as long as necessary to provide the service. Here is our retention schedule:

• 📅Account data — kept while your account is active. Deleted within 30 days of account deletion request.
• 🎮Game scores & history — kept for the lifetime of the account to show leaderboard progress.
• 💬Chat messages — automatically deleted after 30 days.
• 📊Anonymous analytics — kept indefinitely in aggregated, non-identifiable form.
• 🗑️Deleted accounts — all personal data purged within 30 days; anonymized game stats may be retained.

You (and parents of children under 13) have the following rights regarding personal data:

• 👁️Access — Request a copy of all data we hold about you or your child.
• ✏️Correction — Ask us to fix inaccurate information in your account.
• 🗑️Deletion — Request permanent deletion of your account and all associated personal data.
• 🚫Withdraw Consent — Parents can withdraw consent for their child's account at any time, which will deactivate the account.
• 📦Portability — Request an export of your data in a machine-readable format.
• 📵Opt-Out — Opt out of optional analytics tracking in the app's Settings → Privacy menu.

We take security seriously. Here are the safeguards we have in place to protect your information:

• 🔒All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256 encryption.
• 🛡️Passwords are hashed with bcrypt — we never store plain-text passwords.
• 🔑Optional two-factor authentication for parent accounts.
• 👀Access to personal data is restricted to authorized T7DY staff only, on a need-to-know basis.
• 🔍Regular third-party security audits and penetration testing.

If we ever become aware of a data breach that may affect you, we will notify affected users and parents within 72 hours as required by law.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will:
